Who We Are

BitBrothers ("we", "our") develops apps for the platform ecosystem. This policy applies to our app "Bookings Day Sheet" and any future apps we publish.

What Data We Access

Our apps access data through the platform's APIs on your behalf. For Bookings Day Sheet, this includes:

Booking event data (date, time, service name, status)
Participant information (customer name, email, phone) when you grant the "Read Calendar - Including PI" permission
Staff/resource names associated with bookings
Business site properties (business name)

How We Use Data

All data is used exclusively to display your schedule within the dashboard page. We:

Display booking data in the app's dashboard page
Generate printable views and PDF exports on your device
Detect your dashboard language to show the interface in your preferred language

Data Storage

We do NOT store, transmit, or copy your data to any external server. All data processing happens within the platform's environment and your browser. PDF exports are generated client-side on your device.

Third-Party Services

Our PDF export feature loads a JavaScript library (html2pdf.js) from a public CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). No user data is sent to this CDN -- it only delivers the code library to your browser.

Cookies

Our apps do not set any cookies.

Data Retention

We do not retain any data. When you uninstall the app, no data remains because we never stored any.

Your Rights

Since we don't store your data, there is nothing to delete or export. Your data remains fully within the platform. You can revoke the app's permissions at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as we add new features. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
